Easy Cheese Snowman Garlic Pizza Breads Recipe

Ingredients

  • Three crumpets/ min Pizzas
  • One clove garlic
  • 20 g melted butter
  • Finely chopped parsley (just a pinch, fresh or dried)
  • 60 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Small Pepperoni
  • ¼ orange peppers

Preparation Method

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
  • Cut mini pizzas in half
  • Take off the skin and chop the garlic clove. Mix with butter and parsley until it combines properly.
  • Apply garlic butter over the cut side of mini pizzas halves.
  • Cover it with shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Gash the small pepperoni into rounds; gash six triangles from orange pepper
  • Organize the pepperoni and orange pepper triangles on crumpets to create a snowman face design.
  • In an oven bake it for 50-10 minutes till cheese melts and start bubbling.

Frozen Banana Yoghurt

  • One big size ripe banana
  • 150 g yogurt
  • Few dried banana chips (totally optional)

Preparation Method

  • Arrange around 12 cupcakes molds on a small baking sheet (make sure to check the size as it will need to fit in the freezer).
  • Take off the skin of banana and mash it in a plate using a fork so that no lumps left.
  • Transfer the mashed banana into a bowl and spoonful in yogurt. Mix until appropriately combined yogurt.
  • Now, add some yogurt and banana mixture into the bottom of each cupcake molds. Decorate with banana chips
  • Place the cupcakes molds in the freezer (still on a baking tray) leave for a couple of hours until solid.
  • Take off the cupcakes molds and serve.

Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

  • 750 gm potatoes
  • 1tbls olive oil
  • 1tsp cumin seeds
  • 1tsp paprika

Preparation Method

Preheat the oven at 200degree Celsius

Clean potatoes and dry using kitchen paper. Cut each into wedges and put over the olive oil. Mix properly to coat in oil. Drizzle cumin and paprika and mix again. Place the baking tin in an oven and cook it for 20-25 minutes. Take out and shake after every 10 minutes this will help the potatoes cook correctly.
