Quick And Easy Chicken Lazone
- 2tsp grounded garlic
- 2tsp grounder chili
- 2tsp grounded onion
- 1tsp powdered black pepper
- 1pound chicken without skin, cut into slices
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt as per taste
Mix grounded garlic, chili, onion, and pepper in a thin dish. Put chicken slices and sauté until coated on all sides.
Melt 2tbsp butter on medium-high heat. Add coated chicken slices. Cook and mix till brown from all sides for 5 minutes. Then keep it aside.
Add heavy cream in a frying pan to deglaze it. Reduce the heat and cook until the sauce has reduced by half, cook for 5-7 minutes. Pour remaining 2tbsp butter and mix till it melts. Add chicken slices back to frying pan and heat until chicken is heated thoroughly. Sprinkle salt.
Easy Lemon Garlic Chicken
- 1tbsp olive oil
- Two cloves garlic, sliced
- Two chicken breasts
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 2tbsp lemon juice
Pour olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook garlic until aromatic for about 1 minute. Put chicken and simmer until browned, about 4 minutes from all sides.
Add chicken stock over the chicken and cover it with lid; reduce the heat to low and cook till chicken is no longer pink from the center for 30 minutes. Place an instant-read thermometer into the center, and it should read at least 165 degrees F. Transfer chicken to a plate and keep the chicken stock mixture in a frying pan.
Put lemon juice in chicken stock mixture and cook until the stock reduces to 1/3 for 2 to 3 minutes. Put the chicken in frying pan and cook until it warmed thoroughly for 2to 3 minutes per side.

- One whole chicken with skin
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup butter
- 1tsp paprika
- 3-4tbsp lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
- Mix butter, paprika, salt and a small amount of lemon juice.
- Brush it over and under the chicken skin. Keep it in a roasting tin for 1hr.
- Bake it at 220 degrees C.
- Mix it from time to time with its juices.
- Take out the chicken from the tin. Mix the leftover juice in a frying tin with sour cream.
- Put over the chicken and serve.
