Ingredients

  • Six potatoes
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • One chopped onion
  • 3tsp butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese.

Method

  • Take washed potatoes, place them on a greased baking tray.
  • Add oil and seasoning.
  • Bake it at 200℃ for 45-50 minutes.
  • Now first, peel and mash the potatoes with the help of a potato masher.
  • Take a pan and add butter. As the butter melts, add chopped onion and chopped garlic.
  • Sauté them for 3 min and then add flour. Mix it well
  • Add the broth and boil it.
  • Now, add cream cheese, salt, pepper, and mashed potatoes.
  • Stir it till the soup becomes thick enough.
  • Garnish it with cheddar cheese and chopped green onions.

Ingredients

  • Two broccoli heads
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 cups half and half
  • 2 cup vegetable stock
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Method

  • Take broccoli and chop it into small pieces. Wash it properly.
  • Now take a pan to add butter, let the butter melt.
  • Now add diced onions and stir it.
  • Add cornflour and mix it well. Add half a half and veggies stock and give it a boil.
  • As the soup boils, add broccoli, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
  • Close the lid and let it simmer at low flame, for at least 15 minutes.
  • Finally, add cheddar cheese and serve hot.

Restaurant-Style Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1tsp butter
  • Two garlic cloves
  • One bay leaf
  • Three chopped tomatoes
  • One chopped carrot
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 2tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/2-cup water

Method

  • Take a pan to add butter.
  • Then add finely chopped onions, garlic bay leaf and stir them.
  • Now add tomatoes and carrot.
  • Sauté for a minute. Add 1/2cup water.
  • Put the lid on and let the mixture cook for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, take out the bay leaf and let the mixture cool down completely.
  • Convert the mixture of the tomato into a fine paste. Sieve the dough into a pan.
  • Add half cup water and let the mixture boil. 
  • Then add sugar, seasoning, and cream.
  • That’s it! Your restaurant-style delicious tomato soup is ready to devour.
