It does not burn the calorie intake. So eat a light healthy and nutritious dinner. Dinner should be colorful as well as delicious. One should avoid rice, sugar, and oily food in the night. As it is said, ‘eat healthy to live healthily.’

  • Never try and mix salad with dinner. Have it before dinner. The salad makes you feel full. It’s a must-have. If you do not like salads go for soups. 
  • Avoid eating red meat for dinner.  Red meat takes a lot of time to get digested. It will make you feel very heavy. Always eat something light for dinner so that the body can easily absorb it.
  • Never try and skip dinner; it is an essential meal of the day. If you work and sleep empty stomach, you will wake up very hungry. And will inevitably tend to eat extra. Which, in turn, is not at all healthy.
  • Try not to eat after 8 p.m. Remember to have dinner at least two hours before you go to sleep. So that the body quickly digests it. 
  • Have a light dinner.

  • Always try and chew food so that it is easy for the body to absorb it. Chewing food breaks down into smaller form and makes it easy to digest it.
  • Dinner should have the right amount of fiber, vitamin, whole grains, and veggies. Everything should be in a balanced promotion.
  • Carbs are the essential nutrition on which our body runs. But remember to keep it in the right proportion in your dinner
  • Avoid eating too many whites for dinners like sugar, white flour, white bread, and cheese.
  • You can always end your dinner with citrus fruits as it will help you feel full.
  • And will give you the taste of natural sugar without adding extra calories.
